My stay at the Empress Residence Resort and Spa was mostly wonderful, but there were a couple of hiccups. While the rooms were spacious and well-kept, my experience was slightly marred by initial confusion with my airport pickup and room allocation. However, the staff, especially Morocot, were incredibly helpful in smoothing over issues and making me feel welcome.
